Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa

I was there for another occasion and live in Las Vegas, so I can't speak to the rooms. The hotel seems pretty nice, has lots of food choices, and a great swimming pool. My review is really about Pizza Rock inside Green Valley Ranch Casino, and I loved it. The Silician Mob Boss Pizza was thick and filling, and the Fried Green Tomato Caprese appetizer was delicious. I tried CALAMARI FRITTI for the first time and liked it with the sauce. Service was friendly and quick, and I liked the atmosphere. There are great choices on the menu, and I'd suggest giving it a try. I've included pictures. Thanks for the great service, I'll be back.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious, but don't expect a refrigerator or coffee in them. There's a lot to do here, with a movie theater, bowling, gambling, several restaurants, and more. Watch your money on the slot machines: they can take it all in two rounds. They're different from the usual one-arm bandits many people know. The hotel itself is great.

I had an incredible view of the entire Strip from the top floor on the north side of the west tower. The whole place is carefully maintained, from the rooms and hallways to the rest of the property, and the people responsible clearly care. Staff were quick and helpful whenever I needed something. The casino is big, the restaurants are fantastic, and there's a shopping district built right in. At a corporate event, Bottoglia catered, and each meal felt thoughtfully put together as a complete meal rather than separate items. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'll come back on my own time.

Everyone I met was friendly and professional, but mercedes at the lobby bar stood out. She was warm and personable, very professional, and makes a hell of a cocktail. The resort itself is elegant and peaceful, with beautiful rooms, a lovely spa, and a gym overlooking the private spa pool. The car service was fast and precise, and I never had to wait for my car at the valet. There are several restaurants. The best was Bing Hanks steakhouse. To be honest, all the food at the lucky. Penny coffee shop tasted bland.
