Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas/Henderson

Noehma and Savvy at the front desk made everything seamless and enjoyable, always going above and beyond. As a former front desk agent, I really appreciate that fantastic customer service. The staff were super friendly, and this is a great place to stay in Henderson if life takes you there for whatever reason!

The room was tidy and clean, and when we arrived a couple of hours early it was already ready. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful too. I’m giving it four stars because the parking costs $7 per day, which I’ve never encountered before and found odd. It felt like nickel and diming. The fee should be included in the room price or not charged at all.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and usually spend 75-100 nights a year at Hilton properties, so I know the process and the hotels. This place’s conduct and ethics are deplorable. I rarely leave reviews, as my profile shows, but I won’t tolerate what felt like deliberate, intentional fraud. You’ve been warned. I booked a one bedroom king suite three days before my stay. I couldn’t check in online, and arrival check in took longer than usual. I remarked at the counter that this normally happens when they’ve sold my room out from under me, and that turned out to be right. They had apparently oversold the room and switched me at check in to a junior suite without telling me or offering a discount. After checking in, I went to dinner before returning to my room. When I realized what had happened, I went back to the desk. They said I was in a suite. I agreed, but it wasn’t a full suite, and the clerk confirmed it was a junior suite. Another clerk offered points or a free night, but not the room I’d paid for.

The breakfast buffet was awesome, and Benjamin gave A+ service. We checked in late, around 3 am, and the Samoan friend at the counter was very helpful. I was too tired to remember her name, but thank you!
