The sheets were dirty and used washcloths were still in the tub when we got to the room. I called the front desk, but the girl didn’t answer at first. When she finally picked up, she was rude. I asked for clean bedding, and it took her an hour to bring it and come look at the room. Then, to make an already horrible night worse, there were bed bugs in the bed. The woman at the desk acted like it wasn’t her problem and like the guests were a bother.

Outside noise was noticeable but moderate since the hotel is in a busy area. Indoors, it stayed quiet. Check-in and checkout were easy, the room looked and smelled clean, and the toiletries were good quality. The water pressure and temperature were great.

They let us check in early, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of TV channels, and the fridge was cold. The room was clean, with hot water and strong shower pressure, though the shower door wouldn't lock and water splashed onto the floor. The vending machine didn't work, but snacks and drinks were available at the desk for less anyway. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was clean, and the bed was fine, though harder than I prefer, even though I like a firm mattress. It's convenient for getting to both Evansville and Henderson. USB ports in the room would be useful for charging devices.

The service was great, and breakfast had a pretty good range of proteins. Our first room smelled musty and had a broken showerhead, so we moved. The second room had a smaller TV and a faint smoke smell, and its AC wasn't great, but at least the shower worked.
