The price was very reasonable, and my room had been completely remodeled. It still smelled new. The woman at the front desk was nice, and I’ll come back the next time I’m passing through.

I booked online and had a confirmation, but the employee told me there were no rooms available. She wouldn’t let me into the building or even try to check. Instead, she told me to go “in town and see if they had a room.” I cut my trip short and drove back to Houston that night, only to be charged for the stay. The next business day, I learned there had been a room reserved in my name. Bridgett refunded me and apologized, though she shouldn’t have had to cover for such poor staff. I notified the corporate office but only got an automated email. Don’t waste your money here. Go “in town” and find a room. 😉

Megan, the clerk who checked me in, was really friendly and informative. The room was clean, and the staff respected my privacy when I asked. I’d definitely recommend this place.
