Best Western Hendersonville Inn

It's pet friendly, quiet, and clean, and sits right off the main interstate. My wife and I like weekend trips to Hendersonville for the downtown shops and dining, and we bring our dog along. This is where we choose to stay, especially since downtown is only a short drive away.

A last-minute getaway turned out nicely. The room was clean, and the place stayed very quiet at night with no drama. It's in the middle of lots of stores, food, and groceries. The front desk staff and maid were super nice. We'll definitely be back.

The bed was comfortable, and the stay was okay, but a lot of small problems added up. Breakfast was mediocre and often running low or out of items. There's a sign asking guests to help them win best breakfast and leave a good review, which made me wonder if that's behind all the glowing reviews. The walls are thin, so it wasn't very quiet. It was mostly clean, except for cobwebs in every corner and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The light fixtures looked sketchy, the hair dryer kept falling off the wall, and the TV remote stopped working. Then my room key quit working too. Around 10 pm one worker said I didn't need to go to the office to check out, but a few hours later someone else said I did. When I got there a minute later, nobody was there. It wasn't a great stay.

Jewel starts making breakfast every day at 4:30am. She's extremely kind, remembers almost everyone's name, and greets guests cheerfully. Her daughter Christina works weekends and is sweet to everyone too. They both make the food well with what they have to work with, and do their best to make sure guests are happy with breakfast.
