Hyatt Place Nashville/Hendersonville

The staff were a pleasure to talk to, kind, helpful, and quick to bring anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious each day, and having food and a bar downstairs was nice. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked the room design. We were visiting my grandmother over the weekend, and the terrible weather left us snowed in, but the hotel was so comfortable and relaxing that I didn't mind. We flew in Friday morning and had been lucky to get an all-wheel-drive rental. After our flights home were canceled three times, on Sunday night I changed the drop-off location for the rental and decided to make the 12-hour drive home. The manager asked if everything was okay when I checked out; I explained we just needed to get home, and he kindly wished us safe travels. If you're reading this, we made it home safely. The first quarter of the drive was pretty scary, but we were careful. That Southern hospitality was a welcome change from the fast-paced life in New Jersey. Thanks to all the staff for such great service. We'll absolutely stay here next time we're in town.

After the ice storm, we came here because our power was scheduled to be out for days. My husband and I hadn't slept in days either, and Kayli's bright smile and helpful manner made us feel safe and settled. She helped turn a terrible situation into a warm, homey stay. We're grateful to all the kind staff and for the clean accommodations. Thank you!

The room and bed were comfortable, and the facility was nice. Breakfast was the low point, the worst Hyatt breakfast we've had so far. The eggs were cold, the hashbrowns only room temperature, and the coffee was bad. On the morning we checked out, the heater started blowing cold air. I told the front desk about the heating problem when we checked out.

We needed a room the same day after a problem at another hotel, and they got the three of us in right away. The double room with a pull-out sofa gave us just the right amount of space. The AC worked very well, and there was enough hot water for all of us to shower one after another. We enjoyed the pool, and breakfast had the right number of choices and just enough seats for the crowd at the time. The beds were nice, though the pillows were a little too soft. It was a very nice hotel, and I'd choose it again if we come back.
