Hampton Inn Hendersonville

Room 122 faced the laundry room, so it got noisy. The remote was a little unusual, but the room was nice and what you'd expect from Hampton. Breakfast was good, and coffee was available all day. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Our family was here for four nights in the last week of December 2025 to attend an event at North Hendersonville High School. The location was perfect for it, and we were comfortable throughout. Service was excellent at the front desk, during free breakfast, and from housekeeping.

The hotel is clean and well managed, and the reservations and check-in were excellent. We stayed in room 428, but its air conditioning unit made a low thumping sound like a helicopter that kept us awake most of the night. We called the front desk at 10:30 and nobody answered. We'd already unpacked, so we put up with it, but slept badly. Another couple at breakfast by the coffee bar said their unit was loud too. I'd switch on the window unit before unpacking to see if you can live with the noise. There are plenty of good things to say about this place, but a poor night's sleep really counts.

The breakfast attendant was the only person I met who was nice. The hotel was noisy, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude. I love Hampton Inn, but this isn't a good one. I've had only two bad Hampton Inn stays, and both were in NC. I won't return to this hotel or town. If you want my business, at least be nice.
