Captain Wohlt Inn Bed & Breakfast

We walked all around town to the shops, restaurants, and bars, the location is perfect. The inn is charming, and our room had been beautifully updated. Brant had a fire going in the courtyard and set out everything for s'mores. We even tried to share graham crackers with the resident bunnies, but they weren't interested. Highly recommend staying here for a weekend in Hermann.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in the Attic room. It was cozy, modern, clean, and a bit different from the usual hotel experience. The location was perfect, and the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The price was affordable for Valentine's weekend. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Inn last weekend and had a lovely time. The room was immaculate and surprisingly modern for a building in the historic district. They left us fresh water and a cookie at night, and offered s'mores by the firepit. The Innkeeper was warm and full of helpful information. My husband and I are thinking about moving here from Texas, and he made us feel welcome while answering our many questions. It's right downtown, so we could walk wherever we wanted. I'll be back soon and will stay at Capt Wohlt again. Hermann is a quaint little town that closes down Monday through Wednesday, so plan a memorable weekend trip.

Brent was great and knew what was going on around town. The rooms were spotless and updated, and the bedding smelled so good. You're also within walking distance of everything, which made the location a real plus. One thing I wish I'd known: standard rooms don't include breakfast. My wife and I are used to B&Bs where breakfast and a snack or two during the day are included, so I was a little taken aback. I'm mentioning it so other people can ask ahead. Thanks for the hospitality, Brent. If you're in Hermann, give this place a try. It's worth the money.
