I was passing through on a motorcycle trip and booked a room at the Nestle Inn. It turned out to be fantastic, and I’d happily stay again. The room was spacious, very clean, and so well insulated that I couldn’t hear the neighbors, which impressed me given how old the buildings are. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There’s lots of free parking tucked behind the buildings, which was great for my bike. Shops, bars, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. Highly recommend it.

The room at Nestle Inn was so welcoming. I felt relieved as soon as I walked in and could imagine taking off my shoes and walking barefoot without worrying about dirty feet. The sheets and fluffy blanket smelled clean, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with plenty of toiletries, and it was easy to control the A/C from bed and use the TV. The kind woman on the phone had left us a gift and a lovely note hoping we’d have a nice trip. I can’t remember her name, but I’m grateful for everything she did and for helping us make beautiful memories. My husband and I had a wedding to attend Friday, June 12, and had originally booked elsewhere, 20 minutes from the venue. When we got there, the room was filthy, with food on the beds, badly stained carpet, and a strong cigarette smell as soon as we entered. We left, unsure what to do, and called Nestle Inn first to see if they had a room. The woman who answered listened to what had happened and stopped what she was doing to help. She got us set up and said to contact her if anything was wrong. We arrived about 15 minutes after calling. Everything about the room and Nestle Inn was perfect, with no complaints. If we return to Hermann, we know where we’ll stay.

Debbie was so helpful when I called looking for food for two starving bikers. We were tired from the Katy trail, and she had a room ready for us by 12:30. There were plenty of towels, a basket of snacks, and a great range of coffees. The room fit both of us, our bikes, and our gear. Great stay, and even better customer service. I’d come back.

We arrived in Hermann on a Friday afternoon without a place to stay, after deciding on a last-minute visit. A local business owner recommended Nestle Inn, and the new owner we met there was friendly and accommodating. She put us in Room 8, one of the newly renovated rooms and one of her favorites. The bridge and river view was lovely, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and new. There’s plenty of free parking, and shopping, food, and drinks are all within walking distance. I highly recommend the Inn.

The new Nestle Inn Hotel, formerly the old Harbor House, was a great last-minute stay. Under new management and ownership, it’s had a much-needed facelift. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was really comfortable, with soft new linens and bedspread and high-quality pillows. They also provided water bottles for the Keurig, so we didn’t have to use bathroom sink water. We had a fire going in the evening, and the whole experience was wonderful.
