Best Western Hermiston Inn

We ended up wishing we’d stayed here the whole time instead of spending a few weeks elsewhere. The early breakfast at 5:30 was a big help for those of us heading to work by 6, and there’s a Dennys next door with a free drink and discount if you eat there. The staff were friendly, there were fresh cookies at the desk, and the rooms had a lot of space, a huge new TV, and pretty comfortable beds.

The pool was closed when we got there, which was a letdown since I’d hoped to swim that night. Still, I slept well and the free breakfast was good, especially the touchless pancake machine. We were a family of five traveling from Seattle toward Utah, and the room was neat and clean, though there was an unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. The staff were good and the place was comfortable.

Alyshia called me on my way home yesterday to say that someone from maintenance or the grounds crew had found my credit card outside. Her honesty meant I could turn around and retrieve it, and I really appreciated that from both of them. I stay at the Best Western in Hermiston whenever we visit family, and the clean, comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast keep me coming back. The breakfast attendant is attentive, and Alyshia on days, Danny on evenings, and the rest of the team are warm and helpful. Alyshia is especially friendly and professional. The attached Dennys serves excellent food too. I’ll keep returning to Best Western in Hermiston, Oregon. 10/24/2025

There’s no elevator, so if stairs are a problem, book a first-floor room. The rooms are clean, housekeeping comes daily, and everyone on staff was kind. Breakfast was good, and Dennys next door is handy if you want food at 2 a.m. The hotel sits on the outskirts rather than in town, but it’s only about a five-minute ride in.
