It’s now two months later and I still haven’t received the refund. Because I called in, apparently it went through a separate call center and the hotel said there was nothing they could do. I called again and was finally told they’re issuing it, but it could take another 7-14 days. It’s ridiculous to wait over two months for a room I never stayed in and have to call repeatedly for information. It feels very scammy. I didn’t stay at all. After reading other reviews, I asked to inspect the room when I arrived and found the bed literally broken and pushed against the wall. They didn’t even know about it. Getting my money back has been a huge hassle, especially when I couldn’t have used the room even if I’d wanted to. I’d avoid this place.

I was skeptical at first, but gave it a try and it was cool, no complaints. The front desk and maids gave excellent customer service and made me feel at home. If you need a place in hermiston, this is it.

The room was clean and affordable, and that’s the only thing this place has going for it. Why does the shower’s hot water last only 2 to 5 minutes? I had to race before it turned cold. Housekeeping was banging on doors before the 11 a.m. checkout, even though people may have different work and sleep schedules. At 9:30, I was asleep and woke to someone opening my door after I hadn’t answered the knock. I hadn’t checked out with the desk, and checkout wasn’t until 11. You can hear everything in the halls and outside the windows.

The towels here were filthy, and the maid went through our personal luggage and bags, took our towels, and never brought them back. The shower had no window or extractor, and the bed was so hard that the floor might have been more comfortable. This was a very disappointing stay. Save your money and sleep in your car. This place should be demolished.

I should’ve checked the reviews before booking. There were holes in the wall when I got to my room, so I went to the office to report them. I then saw reviews mentioning roaches and now I’m worried about bringing them home. If I’d read those beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked here.
