After a long drive, check-in was quick and easy, and I woke to friendly staff, smiles, and pleasant conversation. The breakfast had a good range and was freshly made. We stayed on 3/1/26, after the recent renovation, and the new rooms were wonderful, beautifully decorated, with super-comfy beds and toiletries and anything else you might need. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We come to visit our grandchildren and take them to the hotel pool, which is usually clean and not too busy, so we typically choose the child-friendly Holiday Inn Express. Our room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and the staff were courteous and friendly. After checkout, we realized something was left behind. They kindly gave us the room key again so we could retrieve it, with no fuss. I really appreciated that.

I’ve been staying at the Holiday Inn for work and have enjoyed it a lot. Noah, Josie, and Kora at the front desk deserve a shoutout for always helping when something comes up. They work hard to make sure guests are satisfied. Great hotel!

We rented the pool for an event and used the large conference room. The pool ranges from 3 to 5 feet deep, and towels were provided. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed. I’d highly recommend it for a similar event.

Because of some health issues, we booked an accessible room. It was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed. I liked the thoughtful touches: a small coffee nook, hooks for coats and hoodies, and a built-in bench for bags. They also had freshly baked Heath cookies that I thought were to die for!
