The hotel rooms are under renovation. We checked in at midnight, but at 3:30 a.m. the next-door TV woke me up. I called the desk and was told the clerk would ask the resident to turn it down. After 25 minutes with no change, I went down, but there was no clerk, just a sign saying, "I'll be right back." The TV was loud enough to hear from the lobby. I called again and asked to move rooms. The clerk agreed, but told me to return to the desk where nobody was working. In the new room, early noise from line workers occupying most of the third floor kept us from getting back to sleep. We had to get back on the road by 8 a.m., so I paid full price for about three hours of sleep. It reminded me that you get what you pay for.

Whenever I need to take 80, this'll be my go-to as a truck driver. There's truck parking, and the people are really nice, helpful, and courteous to truck drivers. They're renovating, but even while that work was going on, my room was really clean. I like it here.

We booked our rooms early, apparently at a different location, and one was given to a regular guest. I can see why that regular didn't want the end room. We checked in at 2 a.m. and were woken at 8:30 by banging, beating, and saws. If guests are known to sleep late, please put them away from the construction. It would've been nice not to spend our last three hours there listening to it.

I stay here a couple of times a month, and the rooms are just what I need. The staff consistently do more than I expect and make my visits feel special. Thanks to the whole team. They're updating the rooms too!

They're doing a much-needed renovation here. I got one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was quite nice. There's plenty of truck parking too.
