After our late flight, the hot bath was especially welcome, and the room was excellent. Breakfast was better than the usual overnight-hotel spread, too. The airport shuttle and breakfast were included, and communication with the hotel when we arrived was great. A big thank-you to MELINDA at the front desk: she was so accommodating, noticed all our luggage, and suggested a different room to make things easier. We liked it enough to book a second night on our return, and Melinda looked after us again.

If you just need a place to sleep, this worked well for me. I booked at a great price for the location, slept pretty well, and found the amenities quite good. It felt pretty grungy, though, and I wouldn't choose it for telework. The Wi-Fi was weak, topping out around 10 down and 10 up, and my phone hotspot was useless in a dead spot. I have Verizon, and even its 5G seemed blocked by nearby interference. This place met the usual Best Western expectations for me, but I'd look elsewhere if you need to work online.

We always come back here when flying out of Dulles international airport. The rooms are consistently clean, the beds comfortable, and the front desk runs things efficiently. The airport shuttle is handy, and being able to leave the car here long-term instead of paying airport parking rates is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

We used this Best Western in February for a Park and Ride trip to Dulles Airport, and we'd stay again. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, though it isn't a luxury hotel. The staff were kind, the towels and bedding seemed new, and the room temperature was just right. Breakfast was good, the shuttle came often, and it was a great value.

After a late flight into the DC area, this was a comfortable, affordable place to sleep before our trip began. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was a nice extra, and it stayed surprisingly quiet for the location. All the rooms open to the outside, with no indoor hallways. It's not fancy, but it worked perfectly for a quick overnight.
