Breakfast changes every day, with lots of choices: cereal, pancakes, muffins, eggs, several kinds of sausage, bacon, ham, hash browns, breakfast tacos, potatoes, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy, French toast, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The diced potatoes are usually undercooked. No waffle maker out front, though they make small waffles in the back. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a fold-out couch bed. There's free laundry, a smoking area, a fire pit with plenty of seating, and pets are welcome for $10 a day. Nice place, I'll definitely come back.

We had a very nice, roomy suite that was clean and had the basics for a family. The kitchen appliances could use an update, but overall, not bad.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and breakfast was fine and free. Some units are a little run down, but the place is close to both the airport and the air and space museum. The price for two bedrooms and a full kitchen was outstanding. This is definitely where my family will stay when I fly into IAD.

We found an affordable rate four days ahead for an anniversary staycation, even though prices change. Booking by phone or online was easy, and check-in went smoothly. We paid a still very affordable extra rate for early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast is included in the nightly charge and was pleasant, but on weekends it stops right at 10, so get there before then. Our room felt like an apartment converted into a hotel room, with lots of space, a small living area, a desk, and a full kitchen with the essentials for cooking. The bed was comfortable, there were four pillows, and the closet had two extra blankets and pillows. Outside, there's room to grill or relax, plus a smoking area, laundry, and a meeting room. The neighborhood was clean, nice, and not very busy. McDonald's, CVS, Bank of America, and a gas station were all about four minutes away. Our stay was perfect, highly recommend!
