Don't trust the advertised price, whatever you do. It'll cost more than you expect. And once you've handed them any money, understand that people who care more about money than anything else won't give it back, even if they say they will.

I've got some of my fondest memories with the ol'ho grande, from the three months they gave me a roof to the months I chose to live there myself. They're open-minded, pet friendly, and working hard to help whoever needs a quick fix in the survival department. Hats off to Priscilla and staff!

The price is well above what the place is worth, and sometimes maintenance takes forever to fix something. They do follow through, though. The staff are what kept this from getting fewer stars. They're understanding, helpful, courteous, and kind. Tazzie is awesome and goes out of her way to take care of you. Keep it up, girl. They also accept felons without asking questions.

The location worked well, with gas stations and places to eat all around. Our room had a big refrigerator for storing our things and good, comfortable beds. The pool is quite unique, and the rooms are well maintained. Front desk service was very nice, and I enjoyed the stay. I'd consider coming back another time.
