If I could give zero stars, I would. We got room 421, which had mold, smelled strongly of weed, and had no blankets, towels, or dishes. I had to spend $50 at Meijer to get basics that should have been there. The door had also been kicked in at some point, so the room felt unsafe and unsecured. I included photos. I complained at the front office the next day and was moved to room 212. That room had no hot water, and the child upstairs ran around, jumped, and stomped from 6:30am until late at night. We were told we'd get a $100 refund, but never saw any of it. The hotel and corporate office haven't contacted us. This is a short-term rental, not a hotel, and should be advertised that way.

We were heading there for a concert and our anniversary weekend when my reservation was canceled because the lobby closes at 2 on Saturday and Sunday. They told me this was listed on the website, but I hadn't booked through the site and couldn't find it there when I checked. It nearly ruined our anniversary weekend. 😡😤

The location is in town, near everything, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. We booked three nights because the place had a kitchen. There's no pool either, and I think they said they were taking it out. The rooms smelled of marijuana even though the facility says it's non-smoking. I mentioned it to the front office and asked if they could use air freshener or something to reduce the smell. The floors were unswept and so sticky my socks turned black. The bathroom door was missing, and smoke had worked into the sheets and pillows too. Read the reviews before booking.

A decent option for a night or two if you need something cheap. The room was clean, the front desk people were nice, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure and everything in the room worked. The oven seemed a little questionable, but it did work. I'd come back if I needed an inexpensive place for a few nights.
