Roaches, people yelling outside at every hour, and a lot of drug activity. The front desk acted like giving us toilet paper was a problem. There's no Wi-Fi and not even coffee or tea. They say those were discontinued when COVID hit, lol. This is a sad place. I really don't recommend it.

There's too much going on here. I don't know why it's so busy, and it's not a place I like.

The bathroom was decent, but the bathtub was gross, like it had been forgotten during the renovation. The floor looked nice but was sticky and dirty. The AC plug had melted from overheating, so the unit wasn't plugged in. There were holes in the walls with wires hanging out, a broken security chain, and cigarette burns on the top sheet. I could keep going.

I've been here about nine months for an extended stay, and it's been the best hotel I've had for a long stretch. The rates are very reasonable for the area, the rooms are a good size and clean, and they stay on top of most things. I haven't had trouble with bed bugs or rodents, and the beds let you get a good night's sleep. James, one of the employees, is one of the best I've met. He goes out of his way to make guests comfortable, answers questions, helps with problems, and works with you to make the stay great. I'd recommend it whether you need a room for a night or two or somewhere for a longer stay. If you're on the Motel 6 side, guests can use the pool too.
