The front desk did a great job arranging the right rooms for our group, and everyone was friendly. The rooms and lobby were clean, and the price was good. Breakfast was about what you'd expect from a hotel. I wouldn't put much stock in all the low reviews, I thought the stay was great and would recommend this place if you're in the area.

Erica at the front desk was really friendly. We chatted, and she helped us get an extra blanket. The room was basic, with a strange smell when we came in, a so-so TV picture, and a view of a dingy parking lot. The smoke detector was beeping, so my boyfriend went down for a battery and replaced it himself. We booked because my son had a Devos appointment, and the closed pool was one of the main reasons the hotel didn't work for us. It said it was closed for renovations, but my boyfriend peeked in and saw water in it and the filter running. They should have made that clear before people booked. The price was okay, but could've been better. I work at a hotel front desk and know some of the process. The staff were cool, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I spent almost two months here, and the staff made it feel like home. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Shout out to Erica and the breakfast man, I think his name is Jeff, sorry I can't remember for sure.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the hotel's location made it easy to reach Corewell Health South Pavilion in about four minutes. We stayed overnight because my daughter had early morning surgery. Justina and Serena went above and beyond helping me deal with booking.com. The company was a nightmare to work with, and I want to stress that I will never book through them again. I can't say how grateful I am to those two. I'd give the hotel 10 stars for service if I could. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
