Ramada Plaza Cincinnati Sharonville

January 2026: My first stay at a Delta by Marriott, and I was pleasantly surprised. The gym was one of the biggest and best equipped I've seen. There's also a Starbucks coffee shop on site and a restaurant with good variety at affordable prices. The hotel is huge, with several conference and meeting rooms, so it works well for events. The rooms were immaculate and looked brand new, with plenty of space. The thermostat worked great too. I sometimes struggle with cold rooms, but this one was just right. I'll definitely stay again. Top notch Marriott hotel.

The room was great, and the staff were amazing. My gripe is the ice machine on each floor gives you tiny pellets, and there are no proper glasses in the rooms. Even if you buy a drink, the bar won't give you a glass. It feels more like a Four Points setup. I'm 50 and don't like drinking out of cheap plastic cups.

Ernestine welcomed us and was attentive right from check-in. She was the reason our stay was pleasant. The housekeepers were really nice too. I only found out after arriving that the bar isn't open on Sundays, which was a letdown. I'd definitely stay again.

We hosted my sister's wedding weekend at the Delta Hotels Marriott Sharonville, and our family and guests felt welcome and well cared for throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the event spaces were elegant, and the team handled requests quickly and graciously. She was attentive, organized, and always willing to go above and beyond. Her professionalism and genuine care made a real difference, and we're grateful for her guidance through the celebration.
