For just one night, Red Roof Inn worked out really well. The room was clean, roomy, and reasonably priced, and the person who checked us in over at Best Western Plus was courteous and helpful. I was impressed and would stay here again. I'd recommend it.

I keep coming back to Red Roof Inn in Hershey and always leave happy. The staff make you feel welcome, and they’re helpful and accommodating in every way. My room has always been clean and well equipped, and I’ve had what I needed along with great service and a smile. Five stars from me.

The guests were the part that made me uncomfortable, some of them were really strange. At least housekeeping was on point, and the free coffee was especially good on cold days. The rooms felt a little small.

The staff were friendly, but the worn-out bed was nearly impossible to sleep on. Red Roof and the Best Western next door have the same owners, and it’s pretty clear which one gets priority.

The ice machine wasn't working during my stay, and getting guest services is a little inconvenient since this hotel has merged with the much nicer Best Western Plus across the lot. The room itself was clean, with adequate bedding, plus a microwave and refrigerator.
