It’s a decent spot, and getting to Giant Center or Hershey park only takes a short ride. The rooms feel a bit dated, though they’re in the middle of upgrading the building. I had a good stay.

The room was clean, and this hotel had more EV charging stations than most places we’ve stayed. It’s about five minutes from Hershey Park and Chocolate World. We came with family this past weekend. The pool was too cold for us to use, though that wasn’t a deal breaker. The bigger issue was the cold shower water in the morning, and that may keep us from coming back.

The room itself was clean, and the bed was fine, so at least it worked as a place to sleep. But the breakfast made my husband sick, and the milk fridge wasn't cold. Garbage cans were overflowing and left that way for both days we stayed. The shower was disappointing too, with almost no water pressure and something slippery on the floor when my husband first used it. The stay was pretty meh.

We had a mishap and needed a hotel late, and concierge Todd was incredibly helpful, understanding, and empathetic. He was just an awesome person. The other staff also did a great job helping us through it. The hotel and our room were clean, with nothing to complain about.

6/10
The staff were friendly and great. The problem was how much noise carried through the thin floors and walls. Every step could be heard, which was bothersome for us and probably for other guests too. Traveling with children, we felt like we had to be cautious the whole time, and that made the stay uncomfortable.
