The room was spotless, comfortable, and had no smell, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also has plenty to do, including an indoor pool, spa, sauna, and a game area with ping pong, pool, air hockey, and arcade games. The rate was about the same as other hotels I checked. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Conway.

Booked this for a girls’ night out and had a great stay. The room was really clean and nicely decorated, and the front desk staff were professional and very friendly. I wasn’t keen on the room having an outside entrance, but since it was a smoking room, I was okay with it. The rate was reasonable, and between the indoor pool and little game area, I’d happily come back with kids for some family fun.

The room was awful. It was a smoking room with a heavy mix of smoke and damp, musty smells. The furniture was very dated, the drawers were dirty, the carpet was badly stained, and the chair looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was hard and lumpy, the pillows felt like they were just stuffing, and the toilet sat very low. I’d asked for an accessible room and a shower chair, but neither was provided, and I couldn’t use the regular tub shower. Noise from the highway and nearby guests came right through. The whole place felt unsafe and poorly run. People were riding on car hoods around the hotel, the pool looked cloudy, and the lobby smelled strongly of chlorine. Staff weren’t polite or helpful. I booked two nights online, arrived at 11pm, and left at 6:00 a.m. the next morning. I was too tired to find another room that night, or I would have left sooner. I asked for my second night’s money back since I checked out early, but they refused, so I’ll have to go through the booking site. I never signed any paperwork for the room.

The staff were pleasant both when we checked in and when we left. Our room was clean, and the king bed was very comfortable. It came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. We paid $76, under $100, for a pet-friendly smoking room, and they also offer military discounts. Very pleased with the price.
