Motel 6 Hesperia, CA - East

Booking a two bed smoking room online was quick and easy. On arrival, I was glad to see the property was well kept and clean inside too. I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The room was surprisingly large, clean, smelled good, and had everything I needed. I’d recommend this hotel for its comfort, affordable price, and location.

After a long holiday drive, the polite, professional woman in the office was exactly the kind of customer service you need. I’ve just checked in. The area feels a little extra dark, and this is the first one story Motel 6 I’ve seen. The bed was a bit smaller than I expected, but the room was clean.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the air inside was so bad I could barely breathe. The woman at the desk was nice and refunded me, but the lobby also smelled awful. Towels and junk covered the floor behind the desk, and from the guest side of the glass I could see a thick layer of dust on the desk items, even the roll of tape. It made the whole building seem unclean. Someone really needs to clean up that lobby.

The area was quiet, check-in was quick, and the location worked perfectly for where I was going. Everything else was good and the room was comfortable. My only suggestion is to provide bigger bath towels, these were extremely small.
