Extended Stay America - St. Louis -Westport-East L

The front desk has been great about replacing my key card, which I keep losing or wiping out about four times a week. They’ve been more than patient, and my car has been parked outside without any trouble. The room is clean and the beds are soft. The hotel smells of smoke and the carpets aren't the cleanest, but after I was moved to a different room, the stay got much better. For the price, it’s a solid deal: 4/5 for value, 3/5 for the stay, and 5/5 for service.

We had a peaceful, enjoyable stay and would gladly come back. Edna, Jazmin, and Mantannah made everything feel smooth and welcoming, and we really appreciated how attentive and caring they were. Highly recommend! 💕✨

For the price, this is the best place in the area, with clean rooms. The staff work hard and deal with a lot, especially given how inexpensive the rooms are. They do a great job handling some low-quality guests. At the same time, some upper-echelon guests expect five-star treatment, like fresh towels every day and high-quality remote controls. This is an extended stay, not the Hilton or Marriott, so I really don't get all the bad reviews.

Money is really tight while I’m going through a divorce, and I’ll be here for more than 90 days. Ronnie from customer service told me I could save by booking the room for more days at a time. That advice saved me about 100 bucks, and I really appreciate the help. Every bit of assistance matters right now. Thanks again, Ronnie.
