Marriott St. Louis Airport

At the buffet we got excellent service, and most of the food was good. The fruit looked great but tasted like it had been sitting out all night. The pool was very cold, and the hot tub I’d seen in old pictures is gone. Our room also needed maintenance: the corners weren’t spotless, the shower caulking was old, and things didn’t feel fresh for the price.

I’d recommend this location for a big event or family gathering. Taylor, Shaunie, Latoya, Matt and Nolan treated my family and me like royalty. Shaunie and Latoya made sure all the rooms were comfortable and suited our needs, while Taylor, Matt, Paula and Nolan made our meals enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Thank you for the hospitality, professionalism, and care.

The lobby was the only thing I liked. The hotel feels dated and badly needs renovation: the tub was cracked, the toilet was in poor condition, and the general atmosphere felt worn out. It also needs a thorough cleaning. The washcloth they gave us had a visible brownish-red stain, which might have been pizza sauce or feces. I can’t understand how housekeeping missed it.

The airport shuttle both ways was excellent: it ran smoothly, and the driver was very safe. The hotel looked pretty inside, was nicely decorated, clean, and had plenty of parking. The rooms were tiny, and the bathrooms smaller than in most hotels, but they worked for us. There were no USB chargers, and the outlet was so worn our chargers fell out without being touched. We mentioned it, so hopefully it got repaired. Thank you.
