The room was up to date, quiet, and very clean during my one-night stay in November 2025. I’d seen complaints about construction, but there was none while I was there; the front desk lady said there hadn’t been any for more than two years. Breakfast had eggs, meat, oatmeal, muffins, pancakes, juice, and coffee, and staff kept replenishing things as they ran low. There was also fresh coffee in the lobby all the time, which was a big plus. The shower had great pressure and the pictured Dove shampoo and body wash were provided. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service really impressed me. I haven’t stayed with Holiday Inn in years, but I’d definitely recommend it now.

Princess at reception made me feel at ease after a stressful experience at another accommodation. She checked me in and was incredibly sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, the property is well located, and I enjoyed my stay. I hope I get to see her again!

A snowstorm left my husband and me stuck here for two nights, and we couldn’t have landed somewhere better. With nothing open, the family who handles the rooms and breakfast even made us warm stew with potatoes and cornbread. We’re so grateful for all their kindness and hospitality. They were amazing!

The complimentary breakfast has a good selection, including pancakes, eggs, biscuits, and cereal, and there’s coffee and tea in the lobby around the clock. Rooms also have a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. There were only a couple of K-cups in ours, but you can ask the front desk for more, and condiments are available in the lobby. This is one of the few chain hotels in the area, and this was our second stay. The hotel is very clean, but individual rooms should be inspected periodically. Our door had a nearly 2-inch gap at the bottom, so it needs a gasket or something for privacy and safety. The bathroom fan wasn’t working or was missing, the ceiling over the shower looked like rust or mold might be starting, and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. These are small, fixable things that would improve guest comfort and safety.

The staff were extremely pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two rooms, but they weren’t next to each other, which would have made things easier for our group. I can’t hold that against them since they didn’t realize it until check-in. The pool was disappointing because it was under maintenance. Some upgrades would help. The beds could be moved a little farther from the AC unit, since having it blow under the covers all night made things chilly. The TV also had so few channels that we had trouble finding something to watch. The hotel wasn’t too bad, though.
