IHG Army Hotels in Five Star Inn On West Point.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were large. It was easy to find, with quick access to the base, and the service was friendly.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the rooms were cleaned every day with a good job done. We had a spacious room that felt like a small apartment while visiting West Point Academy. The front desk was friendly and professional, both rooms had AC that worked well, and there was good hot water and water pressure. I’d recommend staying here.

We had the whole second floor to ourselves for our wedding weekend at the end of September, and my wife, family, and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary was especially helpful and generous while we were planning the stay over the summer. She clearly had her guests’ best interests in mind and was wonderful to interact with. We’ll miss her!

The one-bedroom suite felt essentially like an apartment and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small and had almost no counter space, though a drawer helped make up for that. There were separate AC units in the bedroom and living room, and both worked well. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the hot breakfast with eggs and meat was fine. We stayed two nights in early September 2024 for a West Point tour and to visit other places nearby. Non-military guests can stay here too.
