Quality Inn Rosebud Casino

It was Labor Day weekend, and I waited more than 20 minutes in an empty lobby before anyone came to check me in. The employees who were there did try to sort things out, but staffing and management seemed to be the problem. The floor was dirty enough that I put socks on after showering, and the tub was so slippery I nearly fell twice.

I needed Wi-Fi for my laptop work, but the connection in our room was slow and wouldn’t connect. When I asked to move rooms, they said I’d have to pay extra. Check-in also took over 40 minutes.

The ice machine wasn’t working, but when I asked, the manager went to the kitchen and got me ice. They did that twice. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. It was a great motel, and I’d stay again.

Raven at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind when we had check-in problems. That was the one good part. There’s no pool, and it sounds like the damage is tied to the foundation and won’t be repaired. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6, but when we came down at 6:30 the few hot items were cold and looked like they’d been out for hours. They were out of everything, with nobody around to restock. The desk phone number led to someone saying no one would be there until 8, so nothing could be done. The place was cold, there was no pool, and breakfast was lacking. Everything else was horrible.
