We’re in Columbus about every eight weeks, and this is our usual hotel. Getting on and off I-270 is easy, with plenty of stores nearby, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are usually cleaned thoroughly, though there was one exception. Showers are clean, but sometimes have hard-water spots and streaks, and the walls could use a deeper scrub now and then. The floors are generally clean, though we’ve occasionally had a room where they needed another mop. Nothing major, just not quite spotless.

The building looks great, sleek and modern, and the highway is only a minute away. The beds are really comfortable and the staff are nice. But the bathroom cleaning was careless: there was hair in the shower and on a towel left by a previous guest. Gross. Apart from that, it’s a perfect spot, so I might give it another try. I hope housekeeping gets better.

I’m in town twice a week and have stayed here for the past three years. It’s the only hotel I use. Just seconds from 270, the rooms are clean, and the workers are all friendly. Christi is the best!

The bed seemed clean and was comfortable, but the bathroom was dirtier than a YMCA shower I once used in Newark, NJ. The place felt cheaply built, as if they’d cut costs wherever they could. Not a pleasant stay.

We couldn’t book here for our arrival date and had a terrible stay at another hotel, so we took a chance and drove over. As usual, we were glad we did. Christi and the staff are welcoming and professional, and the rooms feel like home, clean and comfortable. The coffee and breakfast are great too. This is our regular place in Columbus, and we look forward to coming back.
