I found roaches on the floor and on my clothes less than two hours after arriving. I went straight to the office and showed them to the new owner and maintenance guy. They told me to leave, but refused to return my money. The old owners would never have allowed this kind of thing. Horrible customer service. I strongly recommend staying away from GREYSTONE MOTEL.

The room was so outdated and dirty, with roaches everywhere. It felt like being shut in a jail cell.

I left without touching anything because the place was so filthy, then asked for my money back and the staff refused. There was trash on the floor, bugs on the walls, grime all over the walls, fridge and sink, and stains on the sheets. There wasn't even a phone. Disgusting, to put it mildly. This place needs to be shut down.

The only upside is that they allow pets, though not cats. The carpet was nasty and clearly clawed up by animals, so they should at least remove it if that's the arrangement. The rooms were run down and gross, and the AC leaked from the bed onto the floor. I had to clean before bringing my things in. They also never returned my $70 deposit, and the staff were rude. Blueberry motel is much better, and lets you bring cats or dogs.

It's very close to the world's largest horseshoe crab, and someone did come by with toilet paper. The room was dirty, with paint on the floor. There was no coffee maker or bathtub, though the room you get may make a difference based on other reviews. Three stars.
