I checked in through the app and in person yesterday, and made it clear I needed a good night's sleep after driving 10 hours each day, with another 12 hours ahead tomorrow. Instead, a toddler has been running back and forth across the room since 6:30 AM, jumping off furniture. I can hear it even through earplugs, and the windows and ceiling shake when it happens. I asked yesterday whether this was a quiet room or whether anyone could prevent this, and was told yes. I have video footage of the noise. This has been the worst Hilton hotel of my trip, and as a Gold member I'm deeply disappointed. I contacted staff multiple times, but all they offered was a late checkout. They also said I could move rooms, but I didn't want to move my 10+ bags in the middle of trying to sleep. Since it was after quiet hours, from 6:30 to past 9am, they said there wasn't much they could do.

Amy and her team made hosting my daughter's party here a great decision. They were welcoming throughout and made the whole process easy. We had plenty of time to set up beforehand and on the event day, and they were flexible about the seating. Everyone was impressed by how the hotel looked. The team was attentive, with warm smiles that put us at ease.

Housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was inviting and clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was amazing.

I never stayed here, and after my phone call about a group booking, I won't. I'd booked through the main system, found an error, then called back and was told I had to contact the hotel directly to fix it. The person who answered seemed to dislike their job. They scolded me for calling at 7pm, wouldn't give me the group sales contact's name, their hours, or a direct number, and said I didn't know who that person was and they might be going through a divorce or personal issue, so I should respect their privacy. I was confused. How is anyone supposed to do business with the sales desk if there's no way to find out who to contact or when? I asked if they could at least check whether the rooms we needed were available, since otherwise I'd look elsewhere. The person sighed loudly and said I'd asked the same thing five different ways, including on an earlier call. This was actually my first call to this hotel. They couldn't be bothered to check availability. If this is how the first person guests encounter treats callers, I'd be surprised if the place has many guests.
