Update 5/9/26: They moved us to another room, and it was perfect. Top-notch customer service! We like this location because it’s far enough from Knoxville to be reasonably priced, and they keep it really clean. In our first room, the easy chair smelled like an animal had been on it. That’s no big deal if you live with animals, but not ideal if you don’t. I just didn’t use it, and only noticed the smell when sitting there. Everything else was great.

Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a nice range of things and tasted great, including waffles, yogurt, omelet, hard-boiled eggs, bananas, potatoes, and sausage. The staff were quick and friendly. Pets can stay for 75USD.

The breakfast was the usual watery eggs, sausage patties, and waffle mix. It met expectations, but I hoped for more given how good the rest of the stay was. This is probably the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at in decades: roomy and clean, with a great bed and blankets. The heavy doors kept hallway noise out, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, with gas and coffee across the street. There was also a little automatic nightlight in the bathroom, a big shower, and board games and puzzles to do.

The rooms were really nice and super clean, and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was great too. A very good choice if you’re in the area.

Breakfast was cold, and their juice machine was broken. The hotel is poorly maintained, the parking lot feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen, and the staff are extremely rude. This place does not represent the Hilton brand. Stay away.
