The pool area is quite nice, and the whole complex is within a five-minute walk of the beach. The Dunes House is close by too, which is a nice bonus. Great location in Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes.

The beach is really close, and the gated community keeps passing traffic limited. Everything is clean and beautiful, with all the amenities you might need. The one issue was the construction: in our unit, every step from the upstairs tenants made the floor creak. If you can, book upstairs. I’d have been pretty unhappy in the downstairs room.

The complex has a great atmosphere, and the balcony is part of what makes it special. At first the place struck me as a little creepy, almost like a B-movie horror set, but it grew on me quickly. Everyone seems happy to be there and so active, always out biking. It’s a five minute walk to the beach, and the place itself is just insanely beautiful.

The Villas were spacious, clean, and well kept, with a covered area for parking. It was an easy walk to the beach and the views were beautiful. Best vacation stay I’ve had, and one I won’t forget.
