Grand Hinckley RV Resort

We got stuck at the gate after 8pm with another family because none of our cards worked. We had all checked in Sunday. The casino buffet is gone, and the shuttle only runs Thursday through Sunday now, from 3pm to 1am. The gift shop prices are higher than the mall. This place has really gone downhill and needs better management. Years ago, I would have given it five stars. The other couple called the lodge since it closes at 8pm, but they were transferred all over the place. This is what happens when new management thinks its way of running things is better, even though it isn't. I'd think carefully before making a reservation or coming here.
