We had to find a place to stay after our power went out, and the staff got us into a room right away even though we arrived early, around 11:00 a.m. Two light bulbs were out, but they replaced them quickly. Great service. The room was very spacious and had a full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, and oven with a hood, so the food we’d brought for the weather was easy to manage. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong and fast, and the TV had plenty of channels. We’d definitely stay here again.

The room setup worked really well, with a decent-sized fridge, stovetops, and stainless steel cookware that was non-toxic. Everything was clean, and the gym was nice. There’s also a filtered fountain for filling water bottles, plus a small outdoor area where a fire was going for families while we were there. The location suited us, too. My one request would be 100% cotton sheets.

I travel for work and this is where I stay whenever I’m working in Chattanooga. The mini kitchen is great for cooking my own meals. I just wish they kept more quarters in the laundry room. Love this place.

The staff handled our bed issue really well. The first night we had a problem with the bed, but after we spoke with them the next morning, they replaced the mattress and put on fresh sheets. That saved us from having to pack up a week’s worth of belongings, move two dogs, and relocate. Great service. We’re staying here through 29-Nov. There are plenty of food options and some parks nearby, so the location is good. It’s pet friendly, too, and Amanda at the front desk gave our dogs lots of love when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and typical for this hotel chain. We’ll definitely stay again when we visit family in Chatt.

Friendly service, clean rooms, and plenty of free parking. The location worked well for my visit to Chattanooga, with lots of restaurants nearby and downtown not too far away.
