The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s a quiet, inexpensive little motel without the amenities you’d get at a chain, but I thought it was well worth staying here. The manager was friendly and helpful, and left us alone unless we needed something. I’d stay again.

The area has a big flea market right next door and lots of antique shops to check out. There’s also a campground beside the motel, and I think its showers may be available to use. We had a bonfire and cooked on the grill in the yard, which we enjoyed. We didn’t get to share any fishermen’s catch, though, so next time I’m bringing my pole and going fishing. Nate and Amber were really helpful with anything we needed, and were working hard to keep the place clean. Our room had a clean bed and shower. It’s an older place, but I felt safe and comfortable there. Great job, Nate and Amber. Keep up the hard work!

The room cleanliness was the downside. The comforter was dirty on top, and the shower had black mold on the showerhead and around the tub. It just wasn’t generally clean. The location was convenient, and the people were nice. The woman who checked us in was friendly and greeted us even though we arrived late.

There was only one towel in the room for four adults, and it was covered in stains that looked like feces. In the morning, I found bed worms in one of the beds. Absolutely horrible. Do NOT recommend!!!

The place feels frozen in the 70s, with dark paneling everywhere, and badly needs an upgrade. We were desperate because our car broke down and literally every other accommodation was full. We had our dog with us, and appreciated that they let it stay, but we would never come back. I was afraid to open the fridge or microwave. The fridge door and handle had some white substance on them, and there were gigantic cobwebs in the room. The tub appeared clean, the bed was comfy, and the mattresses were wrapped in plastic. But we got up in the morning and someone’s ear plug fell out of the sheets. THEY DONT CHANGE SHEETS BETWEEN GUESTS.
