Home2 Suites by Hilton Rowlett Rockwall Marina

What made my extended stay special was the team. Carmen at the front desk was knowledgeable, welcoming, and on top of everything. She answered my questions about the area, offered recommendations, and told me about the lakefront walking areas, which I ended up enjoying. She brought the kind of personal attention you’d expect from a resort concierge. Candace, the Assistant Manager, got me a cooktop for the room, Josh was great, and Lisa, the Director of Sales, reached out before my Hilton for Business stay to ask how they could support me. That proactive care stood out. When the laundry equipment gave me trouble, Carmen and the team did everything they could to help and accommodate guests. I loved the water views, especially watching the sunrises and sunsets. Even in winter weather, it was peaceful to relax in the room and see the colors reflected on the water. The location is beautiful and convenient, with restaurants and shopping nearby and access to HEB in Rockwall. Traffic can get busy, as it does in popular areas, but I felt the location and experience were worth it. The room worked perfectly for a longer stay, with a kitchenette, full-size fridge, and separate living area. The curtain between the bed and sofa sleeper gave my grandbabies a little space of their own when they visited. I also liked the bathroom’s spa-like feel, strong shower pressure, and motion-sensing night light. I met great people in the lobby and common areas, had lovely conversations, and felt comfortable there. This was one of my favorite Hilton stays. The peaceful views, comfortable room, thoughtful details, and wonderful team made it feel like home.
