Daniel from the maintenance team deserves a special mention. He was professional, friendly, and quick to handle an issue, making sure everything worked properly. The staff were great, and I’d absolutely stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hobbs. Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hobbs was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and quiet, a nice place to relax after a long day.

The hotel is dated but relatively clean, and the price is cheap for a Marriott. I’ve spent 122 nights this year staying only at Marriott properties across the country, and I’ve never run into front desk staff this rude. They lie, get combative, and need a lot of training. Shame on you!

The breakfast is great, and the evening cookies are delicious. The staff are super friendly. Just ask about the room, because they deep clean it pretty often.

The free Wi-Fi and guest room TV are complete crap. I had to use my hotspot or Starlink to do my job, and I should send them a bill. Everyone I’ve spoken to who has stayed here says the same thing. If decent internet and TV matter to you, this isn’t a good hotel. Stop being cheap and get better internet service. For the price, it could be a great hotel.
