W Hoboken

The view was breathtaking, classy, impressive, and memorable. My wife and I were celebrating our 27th anniversary, and we loved it. The staff were on point from the start. The front desk young lady was attentive, professional, kind, and welcoming. The young men were welcoming and attentive too, including the young man who happily made sure our SUV was parked and brought up our parking ticket. The hotel is in a perfect location, hands down. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we’d definitely stay again. Hannah made everything wonderful, from check-in to check-out. She was welcoming and attentive, and made sure things were perfect. You can tell she really cares about her guests.

We were upgraded to a beautifully renovated suite on the river, with a great view of the NYC skyline. After living in Hoboken for many years, my fiancée and I stayed at the W before our recent move to Colorado, and I was blown away by the experience. Once the front desk learned why we were there, they sent up a bottle of Prosecco and a very nice note congratulating us on the move. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The location’s good for walking, but the price doesn’t match the quality, and for this price range I don’t think the hotel is worth it. The TV kept messing up when we tried to stream, and the hallways were noisy. It was our anniversary, and someone messaged beforehand to ask if we were celebrating anything and whether we had allergies for something they wanted to leave in the room. Nothing was ever brought or left, which disappointed me since they were the ones who asked. I didn’t even ask for anything. At those prices, I’d rather stay in NYC.
