Rogue Regency Inn Medford Airport

The room itself was okay, and we had a decent stay, though nothing special. The hallway felt a little creepy. The booking was mishandled across separate days, and we were told to leave the room and got locked out until we had our keys reactivated. They also charged my card right away instead of taking a deposit and charging us at checkout. They corrected that later and refunded me.

The airport shuttle was useful, and check-in and checkout were easy thanks to a welcoming, helpful front desk team. My room stayed spotless and well maintained. Each morning, the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, keeping everything stocked. I had a great stay and would come back.

Alex and Star at the front desk were really kind and helpful, and the service was otherwise great. Breakfast was basic, just toast, eggs, and potatoes. I was in a pet room with my dog, so hard flooring made sense, but the floor was dirty and sticky enough that my socks clung to it. The TV wasn't connected to the cable, and there was no remote.

My brother was staying here with his family when another hotel guest stole his laptop, iPad, and headphones from the lobby. The hotel staff didn't show urgency or take responsibility, and offered no real help, compensation, or solution, even though it happened in a shared area. My brother needs his laptop for work and is now unable to work because of the theft, which has left him under a lot of stress. The hotel did nothing to help with the loss. Guests should be able to count on the hotel for safety and support in a situation like this. This was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
