Rimsha at the front desk was really friendly and helpful when I chatted with her in the morning. The rest of the front staff were great, too, and both check-in and checkout were easy. I was here for a business trip and found the hotel peaceful and pleasant. The pool was fun, breakfast was not too bad, and there are plenty of good dinner spots nearby. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and I had one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The location works well for business or leisure, with all the amenities I needed. From the moment I came in, the hotel felt beautiful: the lobby is cozy and inviting, and the front desk staff are reliably warm and friendly.

We've been back several times because the location is convenient, prices are good, and the rooms are really clean. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly, and breakfast has a great spread of hot options. We haven't tried the pool, so I can't say anything about it. We'd happily return and recommend the place.

The pool is on the small side, but my son and I still had fun there. I went in expecting a mediocre stay because the price was so low, and it turned out much nicer than most hotels I've used for business travel. It was easily the cleanest place I've stayed, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was great, and the location is convenient for Chicago. I'd definitely recommend it.
