Woodstream Inn

The rooms were clean, and it looks like they’re gradually making improvements. Staff and management were very friendly, and management was excellent. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and there was no coffee pot, soap, or shampoo in the room. Still, plenty of places for coffee or food are within walking distance, and shopping is close by. I’ll stay again.

This was our second visit, and the room was dirty again. The shower curtain had mold, the showers were cold, and the owner was rude. The beds were uncomfortable, the blanket felt old, and our towels were dirty, with someone else’s hair on them. They also had problems giving us fresh towels, and someone went into the room and turned off the AC. We will never stay here again.

I spent two months here with my husband and hated every minute. The owners were rude and seemed determined to make our stay miserable. At $420 a week, I’d rather pay the $375 at the Garden Inn across the way for a nicer room and nicer people. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even for one night. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I thought the place was wonderful at first, until I kept waking up because something was biting me. When I asked management about checking out and getting a partial refund, the manager put his hand in my face and told me to be quiet. He was rude and disrespectful and left me very upset. There was no hospitality at all. I can’t believe he works with the public. Do not stay here!
