The heater worked, which I appreciated on a cold, rainy night. But the room had no blankets, towels, or toiletries, and the TVs weren't working. Also, be aware that the hotel is in a rough part of town.

Water runs constantly from the broken bathtub faucet, and I had to cover the spout with a towel and shut the curtain and door just to muffle the noise. It's gallons wasted every day, which is especially bad in the desert. The property is run down and needs repairs and updates. My first room was full of bugs; in the second, there were only a few after several weeks. Housekeeping comes just once a week, and I had to keep asking, though they will provide toilet paper and clean towels when needed.

We were pleased with the room otherwise, and every worker I met was kind and polite. The TV wouldn't turn on, even after we asked which buttons to use, and the lights between the beds didn't work. Thank you.

The staff are friendly, the price is great, and the location is handy. I walked to 711 for pizza, and the office was happy to let me back into Room 218 with the master key when the key card failed. The fridge is huge, and there's also a microwave and coffee pot. I would come back, but the curtains leave gaps on both sides, so outside light made it hard to sleep and someone could look in. I'm not too worried if someone sees my swinging single helicopter blade, but please fix the curtains and key card for next time.
