There are plenty of food choices within walking distance, including a great steakhouse right next door and Buffalo Wild Wings 100 ft away. For work stays, the weekly rate is more than fair, and the cleaning schedule is really good. They clean two or three times a week, while weekly rates elsewhere typically include only one cleaning, if that. I basically live in hotels for work and hardly ever leave reviews, but this place is underrated. It’s very clean, and staff are always available and respectful. I’d much rather stay here than at the big name hotels nearby. My one suggestion is laundry service. The washing machine didn’t drain for me at all, though there’s a drop and fold laundry service really close by.

The rooms were comfortable and clean when we arrived, with tasteful decor that made the place feel about as much like a home away from home as you could hope for. The housekeeping team was thorough every time they cleaned. I’m hypersensitive to bacteria and chemicals, so it’s hard for me to feel comfortable in different places. The friendly staff at Red Roof made a big difference. They were welcoming and engaged with guests, and stayed on top of things. The manager at the Medina Red Roof Inn welcomed us respectfully and made sure we were comfortable for a very fair price. It was refreshing to meet someone who went out of his way for guests instead of doing the bare minimum for profit. His pleasant, respectful manner left a lasting impression and made our visit comfortable.

The third shift front desk attendant was amazing, and without them my stay would’ve been horrible. During the day, I asked three times for my room to be cleaned, but nobody came. I was there three nights without anyone making the bed, sweeping the floor, or showing up at all. I had to go to the front desk for my own trash bags and towels. I’m highly disappointed.

My family needed somewhere safe to sleep near relatives when we visited, and this place did the job. We didn’t expect a Hilton or Fairfield, and for a cheap room it was very nice for the price. Staff were friendly and quick to help if we needed anything. I’d stay here again over the pricier places nearby. Traveling can get expensive, so I’d rather spend the money with the people I love than on where I sleep, unless you’re made of money and want to blow it. A nice place to stay, and I hope your experience is just as good.
