Best Western Arizonian Inn

The room was very quiet, and I liked being able to park right outside our door. Breakfast was pretty good, with a clean dining area and pleasant staff. Byron at reception was welcoming and gracious when we walked in without a reservation, and found us a first floor room with two queen beds. It was a little dated but clean throughout, and the thermostat and heat worked well. At his suggestion, we ate at Mesa Italian nearby and it was awesome, as I mentioned in a separate review. We'd stay here again when passing through Holbrook. Great job, Arizonian Inn!

The motel setup was handy, since we could unload right by the room, and the blackout curtains blocked the parking lot lights. We slept well in a quiet, clean room that had everything we needed after a full day hiking at Petrified Forest. It's close to the South Park exit. There was filtered hot and cold water in the breakfast area, and I think coffee was available in the lobby all day. Breakfast was okay, with hot eggs, potatoes, and sausage, though nothing special. I was disappointed the pool was closed for the season, and the ice machine had no ice. Still, it was a good stay.

After driving about eight hours, it meant a lot to arrive at such a quiet, clean room with beautifully made beds and a kind man at the front desk. The attention to detail really stood out. I used to work as a housekeeper, so I know how hard it is to keep quality up with several checkouts a day. It's rare to find a hotel or motel this clean with such good service. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

The gentleman at the desk was so friendly, and the room was spotless. This place has some history to it, but my stay has been excellent since check-in. The whole team must be working together to keep up this level of detail, which I know is hard to do because I own a chain brand myself. Thank you all, and much respect to the team 🫡 I did want to leave a tip for Kelly, but when I scanned the code, Kelly wasn't listed. Could someone tell me why?
