Ellison on Broad

Allison at the front office made finding the right apartment and getting moved in so easy. She went way beyond what I expected. The maintenance team is fast and on top of things too, especially Gocean. I've had an amazing time living here. If downtown living is what you're after, this place is 10/10.

Gocean stopped by to change my air filter and take care of a leaky faucet. He was prompt, courteous, and professional, and checked that everything worked before he left. The faucet was fixed quickly and cleanly. He was thorough with the filter too, noting the date and leaving an extra one for next time. It's reassuring to have such reliable maintenance at Ellison on Broad. Thanks for all you do to keep it maintained.

The location is right in downtown, and those doors are huge. We like the community events too, since they're a chance to meet the neighbors, and we're excited to see what comes next here. The staff have been some of the kindest people we've met in the upstate. Marissa seems to have a good team and knows a lot about the property and area. Allison was nice, and the tours were done well. Maintenance requests get handled within a reasonable time. Tenants adore Wayne, and Gocean, the new service supervisor, is nice and very knowledgeable. A lovely maintenance team. The amenities are really nice. *****

Gocean and Wayne were a big help with my move in, fixing both issues within 24 hours of my contacting the office. The management and maintenance teams have been easy to deal with overall. Marissa, the property manager, made a major transition in my life feel simple, and everyone has been more responsive than I expected.
