The location is really good, just yards from the broadwalk and beach, and with more attention this place could be amazing. But it felt tired and damp. The kitchen tap was wobbly and needed attention, the walls hadn't been repaired properly, and there were gaps in the floor and issues at the thresholds. I tripped twice over the toilet-to-room threshold because there was no transition from the laminate to the flatter toilet floor. The toilet itself is very, very small, and the floor felt dirty. I left at approximately 10.30am, but the office was closed. The credit damage deposit only cleared today, 7 whole days after I left the property.

Susan was so welcoming and gracious throughout our trip, and the staff were truly amazing. They gave us beach towels and chairs, let us store our luggage, and kept going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and nice, and it's a great location. We'll definitely be back to this local spot.

The staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the boardwalk is just a few steps away. I've stayed here a few times and will come back. For the quality, price, and staff, why go anywhere else?

I've stayed here so many times I've lost count. If you want to be on the beach, this is the place. The staff are great, the location can't be beat, and the parking price is hard to top. Don't believe everything you read. It's on the beach, so don't expect room service or high-cost valet parking. You can expect a clean-smelling room, with a little sand here and there. I've never seen bugs inside, and the bedspreads are washed after each stay. This place feels very personable, and again, the staff are great.
