The staff were great, and the place was clean and affordable. We’d read the reviews and expected the worst, though it wasn’t a five-star property. The kitchen amenities worked, and the pool was clean. Housekeeping doesn’t tidy rooms every day, and clean towels only come every three days, which didn’t bother us. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. It’s about a two-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk.

The rooms were very clean, with plenty of food options nearby. There are also lots of paid parking choices. The beach is just a two-minute walk away.

We were about 100 feet from the boardwalk, which was a plus. But we booked through booking.com expecting a queen bed, a twin, and a pullout couch, and the front desk said they didn’t even have that arrangement. We had to pay another $470 to get two beds. There’s no gym, and breakfast is served only from 8 to 9 a.m. The toilet had low water pressure and needed a plunger to flush toilet paper. There were no dressers. The closet had a five-shelf unit with two safes bolted to separate shelves, and no hanging rod, so the only option was hanging things from the top shelf. The golf carts are for the groundskeeping staff, not for taking luggage to rooms.

We showed up at noon without a reservation, and the customer service was amazing. The man helping us was so helpful, gave us wonderful service, and even upgraded our room. It was a beautiful experience, right next to the beach. I recommend giving it a try. Thank you ❤️

Being close to the beach was a real plus, and the room served its purpose for our last-minute concert trip. But it didn’t look like the photos: the pictures showed a full-length mirror and a brighter room, and there was no mirror. We also asked for two extra towels and were told they’d be brought over, but they never arrived. Parking for two nights plus resort fees added another $78.
