Oceanfront & Bay View 2 Bed 2 Bath @ Hyde Beach Resort

We slept well every night because the bed was so comfortable, and the views from the property were stunning. The cleaning could have been more thorough, though, and bath linens should match the number of guests. We had to ask for extra towels when we arrived, which was an avoidable hassle. A little more attention to those details would make this a five-star stay.

Gina by the pool really made our day pass at the Hyde easy. She was attentive and handled everything, from towels and pillows to the cabanas. My friends and I had a great time, with lovely pool views and weather, and the beach is right across the street. We had such a cool time in Hallandale Beach. The service was excellent, and I’d highly recommend the day pass.

Gina at the pool deserves a special thank you. I rented two pool cabins for my friends and family, and she kept an eye on everyone’s needs, including my kids. It’s been years since I’ve felt so well looked after with such personal service. My wife even reminded me not to forget to mention her. The hotel is highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back. We were there over the weekend for my birthday. The location was perfect, with the beach across the street and restaurants and shopping close by. I loved the well-equipped gym, and reception and valet were excellent from the moment we arrived. We were absolutely thrilled with the service. Thank you!

The location made everything inconvenient, with basically nothing nearby for food, shopping or things to do. We were also stuck waiting what felt like forever for the elevators every time we needed to get to our room. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout the stay, and we felt unwelcome right away. It was frustrating and not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
